03 — About

Engineers first. Agency second.

AVENZOTECH started in Vapi with one conviction: most digital projects fail on architecture, not on design. So we built a studio around the unglamorous parts — data models, pipelines, access control — and made the interface the reward for getting those right.

How we work

Five rules we don’t bend.

These decide which projects we take and how we behave when something goes wrong mid-build.

01

The client owns everything

Source code, repositories, cloud accounts, domains and documentation are yours from day one. No hostage hosting, no licence you have to keep renewing to keep your own site online.

Rule
Full handover, always

02

Estimates are honest, even when it costs us

If a project needs four months, we say four months. If a cheaper stack solves it, we recommend the cheaper stack and take the smaller invoice.

Rule
No padded scopes

03

Security is a stage, not a report

Threat modelling in discovery, scanning in CI, access review before launch. Nobody gets handed a PDF of vulnerabilities the week after go-live.

Rule
Secure by pipeline

04

You talk to the person building it

No account manager relaying technical questions. The engineer making the decision explains the trade-off to you directly, in language you can act on.

Rule
Direct access

05

Boring technology wins

We use well-documented, widely-adopted tools so any competent developer can maintain what we leave behind — including one you hire after us.

Rule
Maintainable by anyone

What we cover

End to end, without subcontracting the hard parts.

Design, build, secure and operate. The same team carries a project from the first conversation to the production dashboard.

Accessibility & privacy

Compliance is a build requirement, not a retrofit.

Two regulations changed how serious clients buy software: the European Accessibility Act and the tightening of consent law under GDPR and India's DPDP Act. We build to both from the first sprint, because retrofitting either one costs more than doing it right.

Accessibility

WCAG 2.2 AA as acceptance criteria

Target sizes of at least 24 × 24 pixels, visible focus appearance on every control, full keyboard paths, honoured reduced-motion preferences, and contrast checked against real backgrounds rather than a swatch.

Privacy

Privacy-first development

Granular consent with everything non-essential off by default, documented retention periods, data minimisation in the schema itself, and no third-party script that hasn't justified its place. The controls on this site are the same pattern we ship to clients.

Slow site, fragile app, manual process eating your week — start with the symptom. We will tell you whether it is worth rebuilding or worth fixing.
